The registration fee may be returned if the participant cancels before five days of the competition start
date.
No refund will be issued if the participant fails to notify the organisers within the allotted time.
If the tournament or event is cancelled after your payment, only the admission fee will be reimbursed;
internet handling fees will not be refunded.
If a tournament or event is postponed due to unavoidable circumstances, the new date and time will be
updated promptly on the website.
Not able to attend? There will be no refunds.
In case of a refund, the money will not be returned on the same day. It may take 5–7 working days.
Customers must email their bank information along with their refund request to marvelchessacademy@gmail.com. All refunds will be handled
only through bank NEFT transfers.
